Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date, subject to the following conditions:

• Hair extensions must be in original, unopened packaging and in unworn condition
• Extensions that have been worn, washed, colored, or altered in any way are not eligible for return
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• All returns require a Return Authorization — please submit the form below or contact us before shipping

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
