Taking proper care of your extensions is essential for longevity and healthy, happy hair. Without proper aftercare, extensions can become brittle and won't last as long.

Brush before washing

Gently remove all tangles

Wash 1–2x weekly

Causes brittleness

Use professional moisturizing products. Thoroughly scrub your scalp and in-between rows.

Avoid rubbing the ends together while washing—this creates tangles.

Condition from mid-shaft to ends. Deep condition once a week for soft, moisturized hair.

Hair extensions are sensitive to heat—minimize use of hot tools and blow-drying.

When using a dryer, set it on a cooler setting. Don't forget to use a heat protectant!

Use argan oil 1–2 times a day. Since extensions don't receive natural oils from your scalp, this step is essential!
